To resolve this, a systematic brand architecture was engineered to restructure BMB’s divisions, services, and regional branches under a unified naming convention. This strategic exercise established distinct, action-oriented descriptors for each master business unit: REACH was designated for the Enterprise Networking division, MOVE was adopted by Enterprise Mobility Solutions, and DIRECT was selected for Enterprise Content Management. Alongside this portfolio alignment, Kite C.S. codified a new set of brand values, personality attributes, and an overarching brand promise rooted in human-centered intelligence, defining a visionary, methodical, and genuine corporate outlook.
