The Lore is a progressive real estate developer dedicated to conceiving built environments that consciously respect and integrate surrounding communities and natural landscapes. 

Kite C.S. engineered the corporate brand strategy, highlighting a development philosophy that values social and ecological contexts to establish harmonious living systems between residents and their environment.

The resulting visual identity functions as a subtle commentary on the conventional trademarking of land and property. In an intentional design shift, the custom logotype features a prominent black dot that replaces traditional commercial registration marks. Additionally, a scalable brand architecture was constructed to seamlessly accommodate the developer's future portfolio expansion into diverse residential and commercial real estate sub-brands.
