Urban Dreams is a contemporary residential development situated in a transforming industrial area of Beirut.
Designed by Sites Architects (Issam Barhouch) for real estate firm C.G.I., the building's architectural layout optimizes livable space while introducing structural voids that allow the property to breathe within its urban context.
Kite C.S. developed a logo mark that serves as an abstract distillation of the building's physical form, capturing its intersecting horizontal and vertical columns, fragmented suspended facades, and tiered multi-plane layout. The surrounding visual identity pairs high-contrast photography with a custom series of site maps. These cartographic layouts, derived from the geometric lines of the logo, are engineered to highlight the development's premium connectivity and advantageous urban location.
